Friday the 13th for Cubicle Dwellers- Severance
We are totally looking forward to squinting our eyes through this movie. Being described as The Office meets Deliverance, Magnolia Pictures brings us Severance. This movie has some of the best tag lines in the history of tag lines: The Company’s making cutbacks, Paycheck’s a bitch, The Boss is out. Permanently, Promotion denied.
Severance starts out all fun and games, you can practically hear the theme song to the Smurfs in the background. And then, well you know the rest..before long someone utters “I’ll be right back…” the horror film to english translation being “I’m about to be killed or maimed in a close encounter with a machete”.
