The AP reports:

Lohan, 20, and two other people were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 when it crashed on Sunset Boulevard around 5:30 a.m., Sgt. Mike Foxen said.

“She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries,” Foxen said.

No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved, Foxen said. He did not have other details.

Officers went to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the accident, Foxen said.

Lohan will have to appear in court to answer the citation, he said.

The arrest was first reported on the Web site of X17 Inc., a celebrity photo agency.

Lohan publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik did not immediately return an e-mail requesting comment.

Now that Paris has found God, is Lindsay left to fill those drunk driving Louboutins all by her lonesome? Those are some big shotglasses shoes to fill.

You know, sometimes all you need to tell a story is a little bit of photoshop. Miss Lohan is always a source of amusement, I just hope that Paris doesn’t stop being one.

I think the bodyguard’s Green Beret recon mission is the best part of the story- from what I read on X17, the cops were there 3 minutes after the 911 call was placed, and the bodyguard had already come from her house with a new car to transfer the “victim” to the hospital and then he drove her car home! BAD ASS! (Too bad he didn’t catch the coke!)

I love how People magazine quoted the cops saying “a usable amount of cocaine” As opposed to the amount that you just toss as useless. About that video from last week…wasn’t me…uh yeah. I agree with Steve though, amusing.

I heart photoshop. Just can’t wait till my class in September so I can learn how to use it properly. Oh how I founder around in those layers.
